Destiny
Our destiny is shaped by our character.
Our character is shaped by our behavior.
Our behavior is shaped by our action.
Our action is shaped by our thought.
It is useful to be able to see through someone’s thought but I think it is crucial to be aware of our own thought.
Companions
Words are powerful. They could construct and they could demolish.
Words are quick. Once they are launched, they never return.
Let’s not allow words travel alone without companions.
Accompany them with thought and kindness. Guide them with listening and looking.

Problems and sorrows are undesired, just like dung.
However, they are also lessons and make one become stronger.
With that awareness, we can open our heart to embrace our sorrows and problems in order to let ourselves grow stronger.
